2014 Suppliers’ Night Expo
The Southern
California Institute of Food Technologists’
Section invites you to be an exhibitor at our 2014
Suppliers’ Night Expo on Wednesday, March 5, 2014
from 3:30 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the
Anaheim Convention Center
Marriott. We have secured a two-year
contract, for 2014 and 2015, with New Hope Media to
continue holding our event on the Wednesday
preceding the Natural Products Expo, Nutracon and
Engredea. Our costs have risen slightly, but this
secure standing is well worth minor costs as we are
able to notify RCA and other events of our timing so
the meetings do not conflict with one another.
The Southern California IFT
Suppliers’ Night Expo is an active, vibrant show
that provides an audience of exceptional quality for
our Exhibitors, and produces more quality contacts
than any three competitive shows combined. We bring
real decision makers to the exhibit floor.
For the benefit of our Suppliers, we
run an aggressive promotional campaign each year to
increase attendance by marketing professionals from
the food service, dairy, meat, seafood,
bakery, nutraceutical and
pharmaceutical industries
specifically. In addition to being the
industry show where professionals in the Western
states go to discover the latest ingredients and new
concepts, we pursue those customers and markets our
exhibitors wish to see.
Our primary goal is to make you successful as a
vendor.
Reserve your table(s) early and
benefit from the competitive edge of marketing your
products and services in the Southern California
area. We position tables on a first come first
serve basis and normally sell out the floor months
in advance. Southern California IFT’s
Suppliers’ Night Expo continues to grow and demand
for tables increases each year. We expect to sell
out again in 2014 – so don’t be left out. Reserve

With the purchase of a tabletop, you
will receive a free listing in our “Buyer’s Guide”
show booklet. The Expo Buyer’s Guide is sent to all
local buyers, distributed to our membership, and is
made available to all Expo attendees. The Buyer’s
Guide is also posted on our organization’s website
for a full year following the event. To be listed
in the Buyer’s Guide, your paid reservation must be
received no later than January 15, 2014. Early
registrants will also have first option of
purchasing valuable ad space in the Buyer’s Guide.
Download

Reservation Form to be completed and
returned with payment to ensure your table space
reservation. No table space will be assigned
without payment. Paid
reservations received earliest – or with the
earliest postmark – receive priority placement.
Reservations received after January 15, 2014 will
not be listed in our newsletter or Buyer's Guide,
and cannot be guaranteed any location requests.
