Southern California Institute of Food Technologists invites you to participate in the 2027 SCIFTS Suppliers Night Expo. Our upcoming Suppliers Night Expo is, once again, being held at the Hyatt Regency Orange County on Tuesday, March 2, 2027. This evening is designed to benefit our SCIFTS organization, the local University Food Science Programs and our food science students.
The Southern California IFT Suppliers Night Expo is an active, vibrant show that provides an audience of exceptional quality for our Exhibitors and produces quality contacts. We bring real decision makers to the exhibit floor. We are planning another very aggressive marketing program as we try to increase your return on investment. In addition to being the industry show where professionals in the Western states go to discover the latest ingredients and new concepts, we pursue those customers and markets our exhibitors wish to see. Our primary goal is to make you successful as a vendor.
Last year, we sold out by December. Our last Suppliers Night had a waiting list of over 50 companies. To ensure your company a spot, we suggest you purchase your tabletop as soon as possible.
