Southern California Institute of Food Technologists invites you to participate in the 2025 SCIFTS Suppliers Night Expo. Our upcoming Suppliers Night Expo is, once again, being held at the Hyatt Regency Orange County on Tuesday, March 4, 2025. This evening is designed to benefit our SCIFTS organization, the local University Food Science Programs and our food science students.

As always, we are co-located with Informa’s Natural Products Expo. NPE education starts on the 4th and the displays and booths open on the 5th.

The Southern California IFT Suppliers Night Expo is an active, vibrant show that provides an audience of exceptional quality for our Exhibitors and produces quality contacts. We bring real decision makers to the exhibit floor. We are planning another very aggressive marketing program as we try to increase your return on investment. We market our Expo to professionals from the food service, dairy, beverage, meat, seafood, bakery, nutraceutical and pharmaceutical industries specifically. In addition to being the industry show where professionals in the Western states go to discover the latest ingredients and new concepts, we pursue those customers and markets our exhibitors wish to see. Our primary goal that evening is to make you successful as a vendor.

Due to size constraints, the number of available vendor tabletops is limited and each year we are selling out by December. Vendors are assigned tabletops on a First Come, First Serve basis. However, every vendor at our last show was extremely busy for entire evening.
